attentive staffcoffee setupgreat view
the staff was attentive. i particularly enjoyed the quick coffee setup provided for the next morning (very thoughtful!). the canal view was gorgeous from the restaurant.
the lighting in the room was quite dim, a little challenging to see well, especially in the evenings.

Fantastic Stay with Grand Canal Views!

I was delighted with the room upgrade, the Superior King Room was spacious. It offered amazing rooftop views. The bed linens were comfortable. I slept soundly. Breakfast beside the canal while watching the boats go by was a wonderful start to the day!
The lighting was dim, even in the guest rooms. It was hard to see sometimes.

Breakfast had a lovely spot beside the canal. It allowed me to watch the world go by. Dinner in the restaurant was of a high standard. The a la carte breakfast featured excellent dishes.
